About EKPC

EKPC Training Camp Logistics: Need to Know

At the heart of EKPC Training Camp Logistics is the Erik Kramer Passing Camp Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to developing high school football players. Each offseason, from January through April, EKPC hosts non-contact skills camps every Sunday. We train selected athletes in all offensive and defensive positions at no cost to participants.

We capture and edit audio and video from meetings, workshops, presentations, and practices. Every Monday, players study this footage alongside college and NFL game film. Over three offseasons, our student-athletes grow physically, emotionally, and mentally—on the field and in life. After this cycle, our media team will produce the EKPC IVS (Instructional Video Series)—a national resource built on these foundational years.

April–November EKPC Training Logistics

We host all practices, meetings, and workshops. All EKPC activity locations will be announced later. Between May and October, our coaching staff—comprised of former NFL and college players—will meet two to three times in person and remotely. These meetings will cover:

  • We host all meetings, practices, presentations and workshops at the same location.
  • That location will be confirmed and added to this website at a later date.
  • Ideal athlete traits and recruitment criteria
  • Skills and drills by position
  • Meeting and practice itineraries
  • Playbook video analysis and key teaching points

We use a shared Google Sheet for staff assignments and conduct Zoom calls as needed. Between June and August 2025, Dr. Tim Thayne will lead our Solution‑Focused Leadership Workshop, teaching coaches and players to apply Solution Talk. Families can continue learning through his curriculum, group coaching, and the Trustyy app.
