EKPC Student Athlete Development
EKPC Student Athlete Development
EKPC student athlete development starts in December and runs through April. We give every athlete the tools, training, and support needed to grow into a confident, college-ready player—on and off the field. From elite coaching and leadership skills to nutrition, recruiting support, and mental health training, EKPC student athlete development is a complete experience.
What We Provide
At the Erik Kramer Passing Camp Foundation (EKPCF), we focus on five key areas:

- EKPC creates a supportive learning environment grounded in Dr. Thayne’s Solution-Focused Leadership, with pre-camp reading (Not by Chance and Taking the Reins) to prepare parents and athletes to communicate at a higher level
- Skill development and tactical instruction from former NFL and top college players
- Fundamentals-based offensive and defensive systems that mirror collegiate programs
- Whole-person development through workshops for players and families
- Personalized college football recruiting assistance at all levels
