EKPC Instructional Video Series: Overview

The EKPC Instructional Video Series empowers youth, flag, and high school football programs with a unified, professional training model that blends elite football education, mental health support, and solution-focused communication. Developed by former NFL quarterback Erik Kramer and featuring top-tier coaches, EKPC transforms offseason training into a powerful, three-year journey of skill, discipline, and personal growth.

Each EKPC student-athlete—recruited after their freshman football season—participates in three full years of training. During this time, our full-time media team captures every drill, lesson, and leadership moment to produce the EKPC Instructional Video Series. This polished, practical toolkit will serve programs nationwide, giving them a proven structure that enhances football and life outcomes.

Erik Kramer Passing Camp (EKPC)

Mission Statement

At its core, the Erik Kramer Passing Camp (EKPC) is an annual offseason, non-contact skill development camp designed for high school football players aiming to play at the collegiate level—and beyond. Our first priority is communication. EKPC athletes and coaches learn and implement Solution Talk and Solution-Focused Leadership, communication models developed by Dr. Tim Thayne. These models are the foundation for how we teach, correct, and inspire.

The EKPC staff—composed of former NFL and collegiate athletes—offers advanced football training alongside life-shaping workshops on:

  • Mental health and mindfulness
  • Functional training and sports nutrition
  • Yoga and Pilates
  • NCAA compliance and financial literacy

We also actively support our athletes’ recruitment journeys.

Unified Playbooks for All Ages

EKPC provides a single offensive and defensive playbook, tailored by age group from youth flag (8–9) through high school varsity (17–18). While the fundamentals remain constant, each level emphasizes age-appropriate complexity:

  • Youth Tackle & Flag (8–13): Focus on core schemes like Gap, Zone, and Option (offense) and 4-3 fronts with evolving coverage schemes (defense).
  • High School Frosh to Senior: Advanced tactics and refined communication using the EKPC model.
  • Flag Football: Emphasis on the passing game with limited run concepts; coverage evolves from simple zone to complex match-up zones.

As athletes progress, so do their drill reps, playbook depth, and leadership roles—ensuring growth in both skill and character.

A Lasting Impact

The EKPC Instructional Video Series helps coaches and players build consistent communication habits, deeper tactical understanding, and personal discipline. Our 3-year training cycle and comprehensive video library deliver lifelong value. With each passing season, coaches and players develop together under one cohesive system—unifying strategy, communication, and execution.
